How Perfotix AI uses cookies.

Cookies we use

Perfotix AI sets two cookies:

• perfotix_session (strictly necessary). Set when you log in. Keeps you authenticated during your session. HTTP-only, secure, scoped to the Perfotix AI domain, expires after seven days. Contains a cryptographically signed token — no password, payment data, or personal data. Cannot track you on other websites.
• perfotix_theme (functional preference). Stores your chosen display theme (light or dark). Contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. Persists across sessions on the same device.

Analytics

If you accept analytics via our cookie consent banner, we use Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager) to measure aggregate page traffic. This involves Google setting its own cookies on the Perfotix AI domain. No analytics cookies are set if you decline or ignore the consent banner.

Cookies we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media tracking cookies, or analytics fingerprinting. We do not share cookie data with advertisers or data brokers.

Third-party cookies

Paddle, our payment processor, may set cookies during the checkout flow on their hosted checkout pages. These are governed by Paddle's own cookie policy and are not set on the Perfotix AI domain.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing perfotix_session will log you out. Blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging in to the platform.
