Terms of use for Perfotix AI.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Perfotix AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Permitted use

You may use Perfotix AI only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all data you enter into the platform - including brand profiles, prompts, competitor records, and workspace settings. You must not use the platform to infringe third-party intellectual property, violate AI provider terms of service, or engage in any prohibited or unlawful activity.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@perfotix.in.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. We offer a 30-day refund for first-time purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details.

AI scoring and results

AI visibility scores are generated by querying third-party AI provider APIs and are directional metrics - not guarantees of performance or ranking. Results may vary over time as AI model behaviour changes. Perfotix AI is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic.

Limitation of liability

Perfotix AI is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific visibility outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Perfotix AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you access the platform from outside India, you remain subject to these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract. EU consumers retain any rights afforded to them under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
